Disaggregated qualitative and quantitative data (information, including measuring and analysis of findings) gathered in a cooperative manner with and/or within a community about a subject of common concern. The data and its analysis by the members of the community usually reflects and visualizes the needs and interests of the community so that it could be used to achieve beneficial community outcomes.
