Haley Duschinski
is an associate professor of Anthropology at Ohio University (Ph.D. Anthropology, Harvard University, 2004). She is a legal and political anthropologist with research specializations in law and society; violence, war, and power; critical Indigenous studies and settler colonial studies; human rights and international justice; and militarization and impunity in South Asia, with a focus on Kashmir, and is a member of Kashmir Scholars Consultative and Action Network (KSCAN)
